Summary Explanation/Background

PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/REAL PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT AND HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING DIVISIONS RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.

 

The Broward County Highway Construction and Engineering Division requested a nonexclusive and perpetual road easement on a portion of real property owned by ESS-NYFL JV FLORIDA SUB II, LLC (“Owner”), located at 2290 NW 19th Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311 (“Property”). The road easement allows the County to use portions of the Property for public road purposes and other purposes incidental thereto. The owner has agreed to provide the road easement at no cost to the County.

 

The Resolution and Road Easement have been reviewed and approved for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney.
