THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE FOLLOWING YEAR-END ACTIONS WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND.
GENERAL FUND (10010) - $30,000 - The budget for the Clerk of Court is increased by $2,100 for additional operating expenses that are estimated to be necessary to close out Fiscal Year 2024, and the Reserve for Revenue Fluctuations is reduced accordingly.
The Office of Regional Communications and Technology budget is increased by $7,120,000 to provide for an increased transfer to the BSO Consolidated Dispatch Contract Fund for anticipated additional expenses that are necessary to close out Fiscal Year 2024. The following reserves are reduced accordingly: Reserve for Sheriff in BSO Detention and Community Programs <$1,059,807>, Reserve for County Commission <$3,908,970>, and Reserve for Revenue Fluctuations <$2,151,223>.

In addition, the budget is decreased <$12,052,442> for cost associated with the Film program due to the multi-year nature of the appropriation and the transfer to the Economic Development Program Fund is increased ($12,052,422).
The Judicial Department budget is reduced <$562,000> for costs associated with contractual services and the transfer to the Judicial Technology Fee Fund is increased ($562,000), so all expenses associated with this are captured in that fund.
The budget for Resilient Environment operating expenses for professional services-research studies are reduced <$375,000> and the transfer to General Capital Outlay Fund is increased ($375,000) where this study will be budgeted.
The transfer to the Parks Target Range Fund is increased by $250,000 to provide additional funds for personnel and operating expenses that are estimated to be necessary to close out Fiscal Year 2024, and the Reserve for Revenue Fluctuations is reduced accordingly.
