Summary Explanation/Background

THE PUBLIC WORKS AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT, THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING DIVISION, AND THE REAL PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.

 

Pine Crest Preparatory School, Inc. (“Grantor”) owns property located at the northwest corner of the intersection of NE 62nd Street and NE 18th Avenue in the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, identified by Folio No. 494211060010 (“Property”). Broward County requires an easement over a portion of the Property to install traffic control devices at the northwest corner of the intersection of NE 62nd Street/ E Cypress Creek Road and NE 18th Avenue. Grantor is willing to provide the easement to the County.

 

All documents have been reviewed and approved as to form by the Office of the County Attorney.
