MOTION TO DIRECT County Attorney’s Office to draft agreements or amendments to existing agreements, as appropriate, and take any other action needed for the donation of County Commission District 1 excess budgeted office account funds for Fiscal Year 2026 to (i) the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida for the Family Court Navigator Program in the amount of $15,000, (ii) Broward Partnership for the Homeless, Inc. in the amount of $10,000, and (iii) for additional Trap Neuter Release (TNR) Vouchers through the Broward County Animal Care Division in the remaining amount of excess funds (approximately $24,000); and to authorize the County Administrator to execute the agreements and amendments, subject to review and approval as to legal sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office, and to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement same.
