This plat is located on 9.1 acres on the north side of West Atlantic Boulevard approximately 650 feet east of the northeast corner of Banks Road and West Atlantic Boulevard, in the City of Coconut Creek.
The plat is currently restricted 101,000 square feet of commercial use. Freestanding banks or banks with drive-thru facilities are not permitted without the approval of the Board of County Commissioners who shall review and address these uses for increased impacts.
A Local Area of Particular Concern is located within this plat which has been designated by the Board of County Commissioners as environmentally sensitive. Exhibit “B-1” delineates the boundaries of the Local Area of Particular Concern. Development within the Tilinda Plat must be consistent with the mitigation recommendations contained in the EIR as incorporated in the Agreement for Compliance with the Conditions of EIR between Broward County, the City of Coconut Creek and the Developer approved by the Board of County Commissioners on October 7, 2008, and recorded at Official Records Book 46114, Page 364.
