Summary Explanation/Background
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/WATER MANAGEMENT DIVISION RECOMMENDS APPROVAL.
Water Control District No. 3 serves portions of the City of Pompano Beach and the Municipal Services District as shown in Exhibit 1. The three-person Water Control District No. 3 Advisory Board reviews budget development and implementation information developed by County staff and submits a recommended budget to the Broward County Board of County Commissioners.
The two-year term of Ed Phillips on the Water Control District No. 3 Advisory Board is expiring. He has agreed to continue serving on the Advisory Board. It is recommended that he be reappointed pursuant to Broward County Code of Ordinances Chapter 36-14(b).
