Summary Explanation/Background
THE PUBLIC WORKS AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT, AND THE HOUSING AND URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION, subject to staff recommendations and conditions which will ensure compliance with the standards and requirements of Chapter 5, Article IX of the Broward County Code of Ordinances.
The applicant is requesting approval of a plat application to develop 1,500,000 square feet of Industrial on approximately 87.71 acres located on the west side of the C.S.X. Railroad, between Pompano Park Place/Southwest 3 Street and Cypress Bend Drive, in the City of Pompano Beach.
The Development Review Report is attached (see Exhibit 1).
