THE PUBLIC WORKS AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND THE HOUSING AND URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION, subject to staff recommendations and conditions which will ensure compliance with the standards and requirements of Chapter 5, Article IX of the Broward County Code of Ordinances.
The applicant is requesting approval of a plat application to develop 210,775 square feet of self-storage use on approximately 2 acres located on the south side of Pembroke Road, between Southwest 31 Avenue and the CSX Railroad, in the Town of Pembroke Park.
