Summary Explanation/Background

THE PUBLIC WORKS AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.

 

The Resolution (Exhibit 1) will grant Broward County a Road Easement from Sunrise MF Owner LLC, on a portion of real property located along the west side of Pine Island Road, south of Oakland Park Boulevard in the City of Sunrise (refer to Exhibit 2 for the Location Map). The executed Road Easement (Exhibit 3) is required to facilitate future roadway enhancements.
