Summary Explanation/Background

Pursuant to the Fiscal Year 2025 Annual Audit plan, we have conducted our audit of the “Tri-Party Grant Agreement Among Broward County, City of Fort Lauderdale, and Performing Arts Center Authority for Grant Funding of PACA’s Operations (PACA)” (Agreement).

 

Our audit objective was to determine whether the County and PACA are compliant with the Agreement.

 

We conclude that the County and PACA are compliant with the Agreement.  Opportunities for Improvement are included in the report.

 

We appreciate the cooperation and assistance provided by the Broward County Cultural Division and the Performing Arts Center Authority throughout our review process.
