Summary Explanation/Background
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING DIVISION RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Resolution (Exhibit 1) will convey an irregularly shaped parcel of land from Festival Real Estate, LLC to Broward County. The parcel is located along the west side of NW 27th Avenue between Sample Road and NW 34th Place in the City of Pompano Beach (Exhibit 2). The executed Warranty Deed (Exhibit 3) is required to facilitate future roadway enhancements along NW 27th Avenue.
The Resolution and Warranty Deed have been reviewed and approved as to form by the Office of the County Attorney.
