What Action Accomplishes
Amends the delegated authority provision of the Technology Products Agreement with M2Mobi LLC, for support and maintenance of the M2Mobi Digital Airport Platform to allow the Purchasing Director to execute Work Authorizations for which the total aggregate cost to Broward County ("County") is $50,000 or more, up to the applicable not-to-exceed amount in the Agreement.

THE AVIATION DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
On March 14, 2023 (Item No. 57), the Board approved the Technology Products Agreement ("Agreement") between the County and M2Mobi LLC, for application support and maintenance of the Broward County's Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport ("FLL") Platform. The Agreement was awarded for a total five-year term, in a not-to-exceed amount of $4,125,000, which includes Optional Services in an amount up to $3,520,000, to enable future enhancements and integrations with relevant airport systems.
