MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution directing the County Administrator to publish Notice of Public Hearing to be held on September 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 422 of Governmental Center East to consider adoption of a proposed Resolution Amending the Broward County Administrative Code, the title of which is as follows:
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, PERTAINING TO RATES, FEES, AND CHARGES AT FORT LAUDERDALE HOLLYWOOD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT; AMENDING SECTION 39.2, EXHIBIT 39.A, AND EXHIBIT 39.B OF THE BROWARD COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE CODE ("ADMINISTRATIVE CODE") TO REFLECT CHANGES TO RATES, FEES, AND CHARGES; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, INCLUSION IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

THE AVIATION DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THIS MOTION.
The Broward County Aviation Department ("BCAD") annually reviews the terminal rental rates, facility usage fees, and landing fees.
