In accordance with Sections 21.47 and 21.53 of the Broward County Procurement Code, this Sixth Amendment requires Broward County Board of County Commissioners ("Board") approval.

THE AVIATION DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
On June 16, 2020 (Item No. 75), the Board approved the Agreement between Broward County and Sunshine Cleaning Systems, LLC ("Sunshine") for Janitorial Services at FLL, including Terminals 1, 2, 3, and 4 and the Airport Operations Control Center ("Agreement"). The Agreement provided for an initial three-year term, commencing on August 1, 2020, and two one-year renewal options. The Director of Purchasing exercised the first one-year renewal option, which extended the Agreement through July 31, 2024.
