Previous Action Taken

The Board appropriated $3,000,000 to the BSO Department of Detention reserve for inmate inpatient care costs as part of the Fiscal Year 2026 1st Budget Amendment approved on December 9, 2025.

 

Item 11 on the January 22, 2026, Commission meeting, the Board of County Commissioners approved an appropriation of $746,940 from the BSO Department of Detention reserve to the BSO Department of Detention operating budget to pay invoices for inmate inpatient care costs.
