Board approval is required for contract amendments exceeding $500,000.
What Action Accomplishes
Amends agreement with ISR for CAD/AVL system for BCT's Bus Fleet to provide additional funding for six one-year options of Maintenance and Support of the system's software, hardware and equipment until a new solicitation process for a replacement is completed and a new system is in place.

On January 28, 2014, Item 21, the Board approved an agreement with ISR for Computer-Aided Dispatch/Automatic Vehicle Locator (CAD/AVL) System Replacement with Single Sign-on and Real-Time Information, RFP No. V1071706P1, for a potential contract amount of $12,559,811.
