MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution to transmit to designated State review agencies a proposed amendment to the Broward County Land Use Plan map (PC 26-3), in the City of Fort Lauderdale, as an amendment to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan, pursuant to Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes, as amended (Commission Districts 4 and 8), the title of which is as follows:
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, TRANSMITTING TO DESIGNATED STATE AGENCIES A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY LAND USE PLAN OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
B. MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution to transmit to designated State review agencies a proposed amendment to the Broward County Land Use Plan text (PCT 26-2), regarding expansion of the South Activity Center, in the City of Fort Lauderdale, as an amendment to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan, pursuant to Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes, as amended (Commission Districts 4 and 8), the title of which is as follows:
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, TRANSMITTING TO DESIGNATED STATE AGENCIES A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY LAND USE PLAN TEXT OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REGARDING THE FORT LAUDERDALE SOUTH ACTIVITY CENTER; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Pursuant to Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes, as amended, the Broward County Board of County Commissioners, serving as the local governing body, shall transmit to designated State agencies proposed amendments to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan for review.
