MOTION TO APPROVE Purchase and Sale Agreement ("Agreement") between Broward County (Seller) and Johns Family Partners, LLLP (Purchaser), for the sale of surplus real property located at Lyons Road between West Sample Road and Wiles Road in the City of Coconut Creek at a sales price of $50,000; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the Agreement and Quitclaim Deed and authorize recordation of the Quitclaim Deed; and authorize the Director of the Real Property and Real Estate Development Division to execute and process normal and customary title and closing documents.
