Summary Explanation/Background
THE PUBLIC WORKS AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND THE HOUSING AND URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Housing and Urban Planning Division has received a request to vacate and annul a 10-foot-wide limited access easement lying within Parcels A and B of The Worship Center plat, as recorded in Plat Book 101, Page 10 of the Official Records of Broward County, Florida, generally located on the north side of Broward Boulevard, between Northwest 118 Avenue and Flamingo Road, in the City of Plantation, Florida. Vacating this easement will provide clear and unencumbered title to the property owner.
The City of Plantation adopted Resolution No. 2026-014 on April 15, 2026, granting approval of this vacation.
Review of this application by the applicable reviewing agencies indicates that there is no objection to the vacation of the subject easement.
