THE RESILIENT ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Urban Planning Division has received a request to vacate and annul a utility easement ranging from ten to 15 feet in width, and a 62-foot by 100-foot-wide traffic control easement, all lying within the Sawgrass Commercial plat, as recorded in Plat Book 154, Page 1, of the Official Records of Broward County, Florida, and generally located on the north side of Oakland Park Boulevard, east of the Sawgrass Expressway, in the City of Sunrise. Vacating those easements will provide clear and unencumbered title to the property owner.
