THE PUBLIC WORKS AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND THE HOUSING AND URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION, subject to staff recommendations and conditions which will ensure compliance with the standards and requirements of Chapter 5, Article IX of the Broward County Code of Ordinances.
The applicant is requesting approval of a plat application to allow a 4,325 square feet animal hospital and 5,175 square feet of commercial use on approximately 0.91 acres located on the southwest corner of Federal Highway/U.S. 1 and Northeast 48 Street, in the City of Pompano Beach.
