District 9's office projects an excess in budgeted office funds for Fiscal Year 2025 ("FY25"), which it would like to use to provide funding for the secular programs (open to all, regardless of religion) of the following two Section 501(c)(3) charitable organizations in the amounts indicated:

$1,500 for the Faith Center, a Section 501(c)(3) nonprofit church in Broward County that provides community support programs, including food assistance. The donated funds will be restricted to support its food pantry program.

$1,500 for The New Life Fellowship Center, a Section 501(c)(3) nonprofit church in Broward County that provides community support programs, including youth services and food assistance.
