THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/ REAL PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT DIVISION AND THE HIGHWAY BRIDGE AND MAINTENANCE DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.

This item relates to activities in the Broward Municipal Services District (BMSD), formerly known as Unincorporated Broward County. The Broward County Board of County Commissioners is the governing body of the BMSD and provides municipal services for the area.

Bible Church of God Inc. is the owner of property located at 2862 NW 6 Street in unincorporated Broward County, Florida, identified by Folio number 504205340010. Broward County requires a perpetual, non-exclusive drainage easement over a portion of the Property, totaling 5464 square feet, for the construction, installation, maintenance, repair, and reconstruction of underground drainage facilities.
