THE PUBLIC WORKS AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND THE HOUSING AND URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION, subject to staff recommendations and conditions which will ensure compliance with the standards and requirements of Chapter 5, Article IX of the Broward County Code of Ordinances.
The applicant is requesting approval of a plat application to allow 2,050 square feet of retail and 7,950 square feet of warehouse use on approximately 0.67 acre located on the southwest corner of Stirling Road and Phippen Road, in the City of Dania Beach.
