TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
This item supports the Board's Connected Community Goal of " Cooperatively Delivering an Efficient and Accessible Regional Intermodal Transportation Network" and its Accountable Government Goal of “Consistently delivering responsive, efficient, inclusive, and equitable quality services to the public and internal customers while providing a safe community to live, work and visit.”
A public hearing will allow public comments on the Broward County 2026-2029 Triennial Title VI Program Plan.
Pursuant to 49 U.S.C. § 5307(b) and (c)(1), BCT must provide an opportunity for public participation, including a public hearing, before adopting changes to its Triennial Title VI Program.
