Summary Explanation/Background
The Broward League of Cities bylaws offer appointment of a County Commissioner as Director, Alternate, and Second Alternate to attend and vote at any Board of Directors or General Membership meetings of the Broward League of Cities. Those appointed by the Board of County Commissioners to the Broward League of Cities’ Board of Directors serve one-year terms which expire each year on the date of the installation dinner. The term of this year’s appointments will commence retroactively on May 1, 2021. Exhibit 1 is the registration form for the appointments.
