A. MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to negotiate and execute a Sponsorship Agreement between Broward County and the City of Lauderhill, in an amount not to exceed $125,000, to support community events related to the 2026 World Cup, subject to review and approval as to legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the foregoing.
B. MOTION TO ADOPT budget Resolution transferring funds from reserve within the General Fund in the amount of $125,000 for the purpose of providing Fiscal Year 2026 funding for the referenced agreement; and to authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative actions required to implement the foregoing.
