Summary Explanation/Background
Ms. Wells’ initial appointment to serve as Acting Director of Human Services was approved by the Board on November 19, 2019 (Item No. 10), for a period of up to six months and will expire on May 19, 2020. Ms. Wells has agreed to continue to serve as Acting Director of Human Services as the recruitment process for a permanent Director of Human Services is underway.
