THE RESILIENT ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION, subject to staff recommendations and conditions which will ensure compliance with the standards and requirements of Chapter 5, Article IX of the Broward County Code of Ordinances.

The applicant is requesting approval of a plat application to develop eight single family residences on approximately 8.6 acres located on the west side of Old Hiatus Road/Northwest 112 Avenue, between Broward Boulevard and Northwest 4 Street, in the City of Plantation.

This development proposes fewer than 100 additional units and did not require amendment to the Broward County Land Use Plan. Therefore, the development shown on this plat is not subject to Policy 2.16.2 of the Broward County Land Use Plan.
