Summary Explanation/Background
THE RESILIENT ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION, subject to staff recommendations and conditions which will ensure compliance with the standards and requirements of Chapter 5, Article IX of the Broward County Code of Ordinances.
The applicant is requesting approval of a plat application to develop 101,100 square feet of Commercial use on Parcel A; 3,750 square feet of Bank with Drive Thru use on Parcel B; and 2,600 square feet of commercial use on Parcel C on approximately 10 acres located on the northeast corner of State Road 7/U.S. 441 and Oakland Park Boulevard, in the City of Lauderdale Lakes.
