Title: MAYOR AND COMMISSIONER REPORTS A. SB 2502 - COMMISSIONER GELLER ACTION: (T-10:16 AM) Commissioner Geller discussed the implications of Senate Bill 2502 in the Legislature. In addition, Commissioner Geller requested that the County Attorney's Office review any potential instances of the use of resources for initiatives supporting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion inconsistent with the law and report any such findings to the Board to assess compliance after the summer recess. (Refer to minutes for full discussion.) In response to Commissioner Geller, County Attorney Andrew J.
