Summary Explanation/Background
THE PUBLIC WORKS AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Resolution (Exhibit 1) will accept a Warranty Deed from Pompano Park JV Land Holdings, LLC conveying three irregularly shaped parcels of land located along the south side of Southwest 3 Street (Pompano Park Place/Race Track Road), west of the Seaboard Coastline Railroad. Southwest 3 Street is a County road in the City of Pompano Beach (refer to Exhibit 2 for the Location Map). The executed Warranty Deed (Exhibit 3) will allow for modifications to existing turn lanes to accommodate site access changes to the adjacent parcel.
