MOTION TO APPROVE Joseph Fagen for participation in the Broward Municipal Services District (BMSD) Economic Development Program for the strip mall commercial property located at 973 NW 27th Avenue in the Broward Municipal Services District (BMSD) and to authorize the County Administrator, or designee, to execute all necessary documents approved by the Office of the County Attorney to effectuate participation in the Program.

B. MOTION TO APPROVE Amjad Hammad for participation in the Broward Municipal Services District (BMSD) Economic Development Program for the convenience retail store commercial property located at 981 NW 27th Avenue in the BMSD and to authorize the County Administrator, or designee, to execute all necessary documents approved by the Office of the County Attorney to effectuate participation in the Program.

VOTE: 8-0. Commissioner Bogen was out of the room during the vote.
C. MOTION TO APPROVE Amjad Hammad for participation in the Broward Municipal Services District (BMSD) Economic Development Program for the retail beauty supply store commercial property located at 931 NW 27th Avenue in the BMSD and to authorize the County Administrator, or designee, to execute all necessary documents approved by the Office of the County Attorney to effectuate participation in the Program.
