Summary Explanation/Background

THE PUBLIC WORKS AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.

 

The Resolution (Exhibit 1) will accept a Warranty Deed from the City of Hollywood, conveying an irregularly-shaped parcel of land located along the west side of Dixie Highway, north of Johnson Street. Dixie Highway is a County road in the City of Hollywood (refer to Exhibit 2 for the Location Map). The executed Warranty Deed (Exhibit 3) is required by the Broward County Trafficways Plan to facilitate future roadway enhancements.
