MOTION TO APPROVE Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Broward County (County) and the Florida Department of Transportation District Four (FDOT) to define and document the existing informal arrangement between County and FDOT to share, operate, and maintain certain fiber optic cables, conduits, pull boxes, splice vaults, splice enclosures, splices, and other related infrastructure on roadways at various locations within Broward County; and authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute same.
