We have conducted an unannounced observation and cash count at Topeekeegee Yugnee Park (T.Y. Park), managed by the Parks and Recreation Division.
Our objectives were to determine whether cash collections for our observation date of August 16, 2026 were completely and accurately counted and recorded and to determine whether appropriate internal controls, safeguards, and policies and procedures were followed during the period of our observation on August 16, 2026.
We conclude that cash collections were completely and accurately counted and recorded for our observation date of August 16, 2026 and that appropriate internal controls, safeguards, and policies and procedures were followed during the period of our observation.
