THE FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DEPARTMENT, THE PURCHASING DIVISION, AND THE RISK MANAGEMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Risk Management and Claims Administration System (RMIS) provides application software, ongoing maintenance, support, and hosting for an integrated Workers' Compensation and Liability coverage system that meets the County's requirements and those of the Self-Insurance Program.
On June 4, 2013 (Item No. 70), the Board approved the Software and Service Agreement between Broward County and CS Stars LLC, which began on July 1, 2013, for an initial five-year term.
On September 14, 2015, the County entered into the First Amendment to the Software and Service Agreement, which, among other things, reflected CS STARS LLC’s name change to Marsh Clearsight LLC, increased the not-to-exceed amount for Optional Services...
