Summary Explanation/Background
THE PUBLIC WORKS AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Resolution (Exhibit 1) will accept a Warranty Deed from Self Storage - Sample Rd. LC conveying a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land located along the north side of Sample Road, west of Northwest 124 Avenue. Sample Road is a County road in the City of Coral Springs (refer to Exhibit 2 for the Location Map). The executed Warranty Deed (Exhibit 3) is required to facilitate future roadway enhancements, including an expanded sidewalk to be incorporated into the City of Coral Springs Everglades Memorial Loop Multiuse Path.
