MOTION TO APPROVE Interlocal Reclaimed Water Agreement between City of Hollywood and Broward County for the provision of reclaimed water by the City for irrigation at Topeekeegee Yugnee (T.Y.) Park; to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; to authorize the County Administrator to execute amendments to the Agreement that do not impose additional financial obligations on the County, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney's Office; and to authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement. Broward County received a 2019 Integrated Water Resources Plan Grant from the South Florida Water Management District in the amount of $500,000 to support the replacement of the existing irrigation system at Topeekeegee Yugnee (T.Y.)
