MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to negotiate and execute an agreement with The School Board of Broward County ("SBBC"), subject to review by the Office of the County Attorney as to legal sufficiency, in an amount not to exceed $161,943.29 to fund transportation services to Special Olympics athletes; and authorize the County Administrator to take any budgetary and administrative actions required to effectuate the terms of such agreement.

B. MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to negotiate and execute an amendment to the agreement with Cabconnect, Inc. ("Cabconnect"), subject to review by the Office of the County Attorney as to legal sufficiency, to limit the reimbursement for transportation associated with Special Olympics events and training sessions to the $38,056.71 already paid to Cabconnect.
