THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Planning and Development Management Division has received a request to vacate a portion of a portion of a ten-foot utility easement lying within Parcel A of Lanzo Industrial Center Plat, as recorded in Plat Book 111, Page 14 of the Public Records of Broward County, located at 4251 Northwest 19 Avenue in the City of Deerfield Beach. Vacating this easement will provide clear and unencumbered title to the property owner.
The City of Deerfield Beach adopted Ordinance No. 2020-136 on October 06, 2020 granting approval of the abandonment and vacation of the utility easement.
