Title: MOTION TO APPROVE Third Amendment to Agreement No. 25-CP-CSA-4000-01 between Broward County and YWCA South Florida, Inc., effective October 1, 2025, decreasing the Agreement amount by $75,000, from $181,897 to $106,897, and removing the Youth Economic Stability Program from the Agreement; authorize the County Administrator to execute further Amendments to the Agreement, subject to legal sufficiency review and approval by the County Attorney's Office, provided such Amendments do not impose any additional financial obligations on the County; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement as amended.

THE HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND THE COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.

This action supports the Commission's value of "building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives" and the goal of "delivering accessible human services that holistically address the whole person collaboratively and compassionately." Approval of the action removes the ECOSTA program, which assists youth with obtaining knowledge and understanding that leads to economic stability and job/employment experiences, from the Agreement with YWCA South Florida, Inc. Removal of this program will decrease the Agreement amount by $75,000...
