A. MOTION TO APPROVE First Amendment to the Business Lease Agreement between Broward County (Tenant) and Plantation Industrial, LLC (Landlord), to extend the term of the lease for an additional 90 day period beginning December 20, 2026, provide two additional renewal options of 60 days each if exercised, update the base rent schedule, update certain compliance requirements, and modify certain notice requirements, for approximately 16,225 square feet of office space located at Plantation Technology Center, 1800 Northwest 66th Avenue, Suite 100, Plantation, Florida 33313; and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same. B. MOTION TO APPROVE Second Amendment to the Business Lease Agreement between Broward County (Tenant) and Plantation Industrial, LLC (Landlord), to extend the term of the lease for an additional 90 day period beginning December 20, 2026, provide two additional renewal options of 60 days each if exercised, update the base rent schedule, update certain compliance requirements, and modify certain notice requirements, for approximately 9,747 square feet of office space located at Plantation Technology Center, 1800 Northwest 66th Avenue, Suite 101, Plantation, Florida 33313; and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same.
