THE PUBLIC WORKS AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
Lyons Road is a County Road in the City of Coconut Creek. Cocomar Property Owner, LLC and the City of Coconut Creek desire to improve approximately 650 linear feet of Broward County right-of-way along the west side of Lyons Road, north of West Atlantic Boulevard ("Revocable License Area").
This item seeks Board approval of a Revocable License Agreement ("Agreement") between Broward County ("County"), Cocomar Property Owner, LLC, and the City of Coconut Creek for installation and maintenance of improvements within the Revocable License Area (Exhibit 1). Exhibit 2 is a location map of said Revocable License Area.
