A. MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to negotiate a Fourth Amendment to Agreement No. 24-CP-HCS-2199-01 between Broward County and Broward Behavioral Health Coalition, effective October 1, 2025, to update the scope of services and revise the budget for the Agreement; authorize the County Administrator to execute same, subject to legal sufficiency review and approval by the County Attorney's Office; authorize the County Administrator to execute additional amendments to the Agreement, provided that such amendments do not impose any additional financial obligations on the County and subject to legal sufficiency review and approval by the County Attorney's Office; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement as amended.
