A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECLASSIFYING REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY BROWARD COUNTY ("COUNTY"), AND LOCATED AT EISENHOWER BOULEVARD FROM SE 17TH STREET TO SE 20TH STREET IN THE CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA, AS PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/PORT EVERGLADES DEPARTMENT/REAL PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT DIVISION AND HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
Broward County ("County") owns certain real property within Port Everglades located at 1850-1950 Eisenhower Boulevard, in the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida (Folio# 504214360010), known as Eisenhower Boulevard. Eisenhower Boulevard provides access to Port Everglades, the Broward County Convention Center, and cruise terminals. A portion of Eisenhower Boulevard from SE 17th Street to SE 20th Street ("ROW Parcel") was constructed without being formally established as public right-of-way.
