MOTION TO DIRECT County Attorney's Office to draft an agreement with Zeta Chi 1954 Education and Foundation, Inc., in the total amount of any District 8 excess budgeted office account funds for Fiscal Year 2025 (approximately $39,000) to fund the community service programs of the organization, including mentoring, food drives, literacy programs, and community restoration programs; and authorize the County Administrator to execute the agreement and take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement same.
