THE PUBLIC WORKS AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND THE HOUSING AND URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Housing and Urban Planning Division received a request to vacate and annul a 10-foot-wide utility easement lying within Parcel B of The Ben Ash Plat (Plat Book 124, Page 15) and two 12-foot-wide drainage easements lying within Parcel A of the Sunrise Financial Center plat (Plat Book 119, Page 48), all included in the Official Records of Broward County, Florida, and generally located on the northwest corner of Northwest 90 Terrace and West Oakland Park Boulevard in the City of Sunrise. Vacating these easements will provide clear and unencumbered title to the property owner.
