MOTION TO APPROVE Agreement between Broward County (County) and Rebuilding Together Broward County, Inc. (RTBC), to provide services related the Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service Block Rebuild Program and other Minor Home Assessment and Repair Program, in the amount not to exceed $25,000, with services to be provided by RTBC within the Broward Municipal Services District (BMSD); authorize the County Administrator to execute the Agreement with any required modifications, provided such modifications do not impose any additional, material financial risk on the County, and subject to review and approval as to legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement. (Commission Districts 5 and 8)

What Action Accomplishes
The action allows County Administration to complete and enter into an agreement with RTBC, in an amount not to exceed $25,000 for services related the Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service Block Rebuild Program and other Minor Home Assessment and Repair Program for homes located within the BMSD to occur on Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service and throughout the contract term.
