Summary Explanation/Background
THE RESILIENT ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION, subject to staff recommendations and conditions.
This plat is located on 1.55 acres on the east side of North Federal Highway between Vintage Drive and Northeast 44 Street in the City of Lighthouse Point. The applicant is requesting to amend the existing non-vehicular access line adjacent to the plat along North Federal Highway, to close two existing access openings and create a new 33-foot right-turn only opening along North Federal Highway located on the Southernmost Southwest corner of the plat limits.
This request accompanies a proposed note amendment.
